Gregory Lane

Gregory was awarded a BRAC-CEGA Travel Grant to work with BRAC Microfinance's Research and Development Unit( RDU)  on evaluating a new financial product they developed, Emergency Loan.  In May 2017, he traveled to Dhaka to implement adjustments in their evaluation of the Emergency Loan.

Sakib Mahmood

Sakib was awarded a BRAC-CEGA Travel Grant to support his research with Narayan Das, a lead researcher in BRAC's research and evaluation division.  Their research exploits a randomized lottery in Bangladesh to investigate the impact of temporary migration on migrant households.

Iffat Chowdhury

Iffat was awarded a BRAC-CEGA Travel Grant to collaborate with BRAC on researching the impact of the Safe Citizen Program. Specifically, she aims to answer whether the  Safe Citizen Program affects gender segregation in fields of study and occupation.
